4 DOs & DON'Ts Of Coming Into Twin Flame Union

This post is inspired by my very recent celebration of my 1st anniversary in Union with my true Twin Flame. Here are a few very important things I learned about the process:

DO: Commit. Twin Flames aren't just a romantic relationship: they're an ascension path, the goal of which is perfect union with your Creator. Coming into perfect union with your Twin Flame means coming into perfect union with God, and vice versa. Commitment to this journey is necessary for your success.

I'm not talking about committing to your Twin Flame as a person, but about committing to yourself and God fully. If you commit to working the process no matter what fears or upsets come up, then you already have a great foundation for your Union to thrive on.

DON'T: Give up. Sure, it can be tempting to just give up if your Twin Flame is dating someone else, has blocked you, and takes every single available opportunity to remind you that it absolutely isn't happening between you, ever. But isn't giving up the sure-fire way not to have the life you've always been dreaming of?

So what are you to do if the examples I mentioned above are what's happening in your journey? I'll let you in on a little secret: there's this amazing healing tool called the mirror exercise. You can find it in brief here, and go very deep with it here. Simply take everything that you feel is blocking you from having your Twin Flame Union right now, and apply the mirror exercise there. Repeat until you feel complete peace there. As a bonus, you'll notice that you no longer manifest all those blocks anymore. Pretty neat, huh?

DO: Be patient. So you've been doing the mirror exercise for a while, claiming a ton of support by watching Twin Flame Ascension School every other day and coaching weekly. But it seems like nothing is happening, so what are you doing wrong?

Absolutely nothing. Healing can take time, and that's OK. God always has a purpose for your time, so this is a call to be present with your life: what needs to be taken care of? Perhaps God is calling you to work on your job situation at the moment. Maybe your task is to redecorate your home. Both are very relevant to your Twin Flame Journey, even though it may not look like it.

DON'T: Judge your progress on the outside. The Twin Flame Journey is first and foremost an inner journey. The best way to tell if you're moving forward is to check in with your heart. How are you feeling overall? Is it better than a month, or even a week ago? How does it compare to a year ago?

If you've been feeling stagnant, choose in your heart to move forward. Let's do this together right now. What is the next step God reveals to you?

DO: Your healing work. Some of you may think, duh. A spiritual journey requires spiritual work? What a surprise. But in all seriousness, you can't avoid this step. If you want results yesterday, then this journey requires dedicated spiritual work.

Remember the mirror exercise from earlier? Dedicated spiritual work means doing it every time you feel upset. Even if it's a small thing. Purifying your consciousness of any thoughts and beliefs that are misaligned with love is the way to your Twin Flame Union.

DON'T: Leak your power. "But, Christine, what if I've healed all my blocks to Union but my Twin Flame is still a jerk and isn't with me?"

It's very important to recognize that your choice as a divine being is powerful. If you're choosing to come into your Twin Flame Union and doing the work to achieve that, then nothing can truly stop you. This means that if you aren't in union, that means there's still blocks to it somewhere within you.

Maybe the block isn't where you're expecting to find it. Perhaps it's in your finances instead of your love life. Or perhaps it's a block in your relationship with your biological family. The purpose of every upset is to bring you closer to your Union, no matter where it comes from. As you heal every area of your life, you bring your Union closer to you.

DO: Get support. Take it from someone who tried doing it alone once upon a time: it isn't really worth it. We aren't really meant to ascend alone. It's actually very energetically expensive to try to do so. That's why we have spiritual communities. So how can you claim support, you might ask?

Mingle with the community. There's a wealth of free classes and workshops available to you if you're just starting out and testing the waters. If you're ready to take the next step, get in touch with me. There's so many resources available to you no matter where you are on this journey.

DON'T: Choose struggle. This journey is as easy or as difficult as you make it. All the tools you need are available to you, but it's up to you to apply the teaching and get the results. Be mindful of the story you've been telling yourself: is it "impossible" or "difficult" to have your Union, or is it easy and fun?

How you view your healing process is extremely important. If you're only doing your inner work for the results and not because it feels good, then being on this Journey won't be sustainable in the long run for you. Ascension is a process that doesn't stop at Union. You continue to heal with your Twin Flame even when you're together. So it's best to relax and enjoy the process instead of worrying about when or how you'll reach your destination.
